Registration ICPE 2018


    The registration is open, and even credit card payment should work fine!



    Participation


    Please use the Registration wizard below to proceed with your registration. Notice that this year registrations work as follows:


    • Registration to the main conference also includes participation to the industry track.
    • Co-located events are accessible to a flat fee that includes all workshops and tutorials.
    • Registrations also cover social events taking place during the period covered by the registration. Extra-tickets per registration can be separately bought for the dinner (April 12th).



    Prices are in Euros.
    This means, for example, that an ACM member can attend the whole conference (main conference and any co-located event) for 550 euros, with early registration.



    Early registration deadline is March 4th, 2018.



    Please note that the confirmation email may arrive to you delayed as it is issued by us, not by the payment service.

    Note that the reception on Wednesday and the dinner on Thursday are included in the conference fee.


    Cancellation policy


    Prices for cancellation are:


    • Until February 26, 2018: 10%
    • February 27th until March 10th, 2018: 50%
    • After that no refunds are possible.
